This year my children have gone a little minimalist with the tree and I must say I quite like it….
Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year…..Pattie
I would like to wish everyone a wonderful and safe Christmas and New Year.
This week I’m doing a little Christmas shopping, starting the redesign of my website (long overdue)……the host site is having problems so no peeking as there really isn’t anything to see yet.
Tomorrow I’m back in the studio and need to do a bit of rearranging before the fun stuff of creating new designs for 2014.
All the very best,
Wow….I can’t believe it’s nearly Christmas! But if you’re like me and haven’t finished your Christmas shopping this Friday night will give you ample opportunity and a wonderful array of handmade stores…
King George Square – Twilight Market with the special start time of 4pm until 9pm.
Your last opportunity to visit the markets named best handmade in Australia.
Here’s the site map……I’m located at stall 23 in Santa’s Corner (which I keep calling Santa’s Grotto – which conjures up the thought of snow and cooler temperatures, or is that just wishful thinking!
I hope to see you Friday night and wishing you a Merry handmade Christmas.
My last two markets for this year will be….(the BrisStyle links will have a full map a couple of days out from the event, together with a full list of market stalls.)
Saturday 7 December – BrisStyle Indie – inside City Hall, King George Square, Brisbane 9am till 4pm
Friday 13 December – BrisStyle Twilight Market, King George Square, Brisbane 4pm till 9pm
I’m located in Santa’s Corner, the pale blue bottom right of the map. I don’t have a stall number yet but will republish this post once it’s available. There will be stalls all through the square and with the Christmas tree and live entertainment, a wonderful night for shopping and enjoying beautiful Brisbane’s heart.
Drop by and check out some new items – just out for Christmas. Last minute shopping has also been made easy with some pre-wrapped gifts ready for under the tree! New this year.
Merry Christmas which reminds me I had better get back to putting up the Christmas Tree so the children can decorate it. I’ll post a picture tomorrow.
